We have much to celebrate this month! Alex Starr, Calli and Nicole Masters along with Becky Starr went to Youth Annual Conference Day at Cedar Point. They had an awesome time not only on the rides, but at the worship service held at the park for all the Methodist Youth. We also had many youth and some of our former youth help with Vacation Bible School I will publish a list next month of all who helped.
Finally a word of appreciation to Calli Masters, Nicole Masters and Olivia Mirich who participated in Love Out Loud, a mission project for Holmes County. They will be telling about their experiences at our July 4th worship service. We are so blessed to have so many children and youth who take seriously the words of Jesus in their daily lives. |

YOUTH ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2010
AT LAKESIDE & CEDAR POINT
JUNE 11 – 13, 2010

Pastor Roberta is really hopeful that some of our youth can attend this year but we will need an adult to go with them for the weekend. Any volunteers? We will pay for the adult chaperone. |

The district is sponsoring two upcoming events for our youth:
We have a mission trip planned for the youth Friday, March 26 through Sunday, March 28 at the Nehemiah Mission Receiving Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The cost is $50 per person. The amount includes housing, meals, and snacks for the whole weekend. Youth must be at least 12 years or older to participate. For every five youth male/female we must have at least one respective adult. This is a requirement of the center. Depending of the number of participants, the district might be able absorb part of the cost for each participant. We will not know that until we know how many participants we will have. You can visit their website for more information. Sign-in will be from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Friday, March 26 at the center and we will depart by 11:00 A.M. on Sunday, March 29. See Roberta for an interest form should you wish to participate. I need to have these back no later than Feb. 1. We had a great time last year and I am looking forward to this year’s trip.
